PORK ROAST ORIENTAL
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry white wine or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. oriental sesame oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced, peeled fresh ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 boneless pork loin roast (about 3 lbs.)

Put all ingredients except pork in a microwave safe regular size (16"x10") oven cooking bag. Add pork, close bag and turn to coat roast. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag 2 or 3 times. Drain off and discard marinade. Close bag with nylon tie or string, leaving a 1" opening for steam to escape. Place bag in a baking dish large enough so bag does not hang over sides. Microwave on medium low, 50 to 60 minutes (18 to 22 minutes per pound) until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, rotating dish 4 times and turning roast over halfway through cooking time. Remove roast from oven. Tightly cover bag with foil and let stand 10 minutes. Carefully remove roast from bag; slice and serve with drippings. Thicken if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
