SPICED PORK ROAST | |
3 to 5 lbs. pork shoulder roast 1/2 c. catsup 3 tbsp. sherry 2 tbsp. prepared spicy mustard 1 tbsp. soy sauce Place pork roast in large roaster. Roast at 350 degrees allowing 45 minutes per pound. Baste frequently with drippings. Meanwhile blend catsup, sherry, mustard and soy sauce in a small bowl. Brush sauce over roast several times during last 45 minutes of cooking. Serves 4 to 8. |
