TART LEMON PIE | |
3 eggs or use egg substitute 1 med. lemon, unpeeled, quartered & seeded 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell Combine first 4 ingredients in container of blender; process 3 minutes or until smooth. Add butter; process 30 seconds. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. |
