1 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted 1 tbsp. water 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix these ingredients and press into 9 x 12 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let crust cool. 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Blend together and spread on crust. 2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding 3 c. milk Blend together and pour on top. Spread remainder of 9 ounces of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. |
