1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter, softened

Cut butter into flour, add nuts, press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Blend:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Spread over crust.

Blend:

2 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Pour over cream cheese layer and top with extra Cool Whip. Chill.
