PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
15.2 oz. can sliced peaches, reserve juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Combine in large mixer bowl, flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9 or 10 inch well greased baking pan. Place well drained peaches over the batter. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons of the juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of edge of the batter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Filling will appear soft. Store in the refrigerator.
