RUM NUTS 
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan. Spread 1 cup pecans over butter. Saute slowly. Stir until nuts are lightly brown. Stir in 2 tablespoons dark rum. Simmer 1 minute. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 drops Tabasco. Stir. Cool nuts on paper towel.
