INFATUATING CHOCOLATE NUT RUM
PIE
 
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. rum extract (or the real thing if you are allowed)
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

Melt butter and set aside to cool. Prepare crust in lightly greased pie plate. Combine sugar, flour, nuts, and chips. Add beaten eggs, butter and rum or rum extract. (Add more to mixture if you feel so inclined.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
