CORN PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter (1 stick) 2 eggs, beaten 1 (18 oz.) can corn 1 (18 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (8 oz) container sour cream 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix In a mixing bowl, combine butter, eggs, cans of corn and sour cream. Add the cornbread mix and stir well. Pour into a long shallow baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8. |
