FROZEN LEMONADE CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. water 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter Mix all ingredients except the lemonade and confectioners' sugar and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F. Frozen Lemon Icing: 1 small can frozen lemonade 1 (1 lb. box) confectioners' sugar While cake is baking prepare a topping by combining the lemonade and confectioners' sugar. Spread over cake. |
