CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
2 c. unpeeled raw apples, chopped
2 c. raw cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. quick dry oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine apples, cranberries, and sugar in a 2 quart dish. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly brown.
