“THE BEST PORK RIBS” IS IN:

THE BEST PORK RIBS
Pork ribs (any variety)
1 bottle barbeque sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays)
1 c. Orange Juice

Mix together Barbeque Sauce and orange juice. Lay ribs in a baking pan and pour BBQ mixture over the top. The ribs should be nearly submerged in the BBQ mix.

Cover pan with foil and set oven to 250°F

Option 1: Cook for approx. 3 hrs (depending on amount of meat). Remove from pan and serve. The meat will be juicy and delicious and it should literally fall right off the bone. If you cook them this way they are EXCELLENT but its nearly impossible to eat them with your hands.

Option 2: Cook meat for about 2 hrs, remove from oven and transfer to hot grill. While on grill, continue to brush with BBQ mix from pan. They should only need a few minutes on each side. The BBQ sauce should get a bit crispy, and although the meat isn't quite as tender this way, they will still be quite tasty and much easier to serve and eat.

Easy and delicious! I have made ribs with many recipes, they were all good. But, this is soooo easy. My go to rib recipe.

I would cook it for four hours. Three hours and they were not tender enough.

Although I used a little under a cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice and not a full bottle of BBQ sauce...This recipe made my family happy! Yum!

Made this today, used Sonny's Sweet bbq sauce, not a full cup of OJ, and some brown sugar added to that... baked for 3 hrs, then took the foil off and raised the temp to 425°F for about 20 min.... Hubby and teenage son both loved!!

I haven't tried them yet, they were put in the over 10 minutes ago but I was in a rush.

I put more than 1 cup of OJ but I'm using a really big flat thing to cook them in and I probably have more rib than is in this recipe.

I put about 500 or so ml of Diana's sauce on them with the OJ. just a sprinkle of brown sugar just so some of that flavor cooks into the meat as well.

But what got me scared was I didn't remove any fat from the meat. So now I'm deciding to go with option 2 and put them on the BBQ after 2 hours where I will sear those suckers until they look decently presentable.

Ran out of charcoal and it was Easter Sunday stores closed in a small town where I live. Googled recipes for ribs in oven. Glad I got this one. Very easy simple ribs came out awesome. Thanks

Trying this tonight based on the simplicity and the reviews.

I am using two slabs of ribs so the ((approx. 3 hrs (depending on amount of meat)) in the directions has me a little worried. I am using the original KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce and Orange Juice.

Will comment when done tonight!! Thanks in advance! Fingers Crossed....

I have used this recipe many times to everyones delight. So easy and tasty. I prefer Bullseye Original BBQ sauce. Its bolder flavor stands up to the long cooking better than other sauces I have tried. The Bullseye sauce still has a good robustness to it so re-saucing is not necessary unless you really want to.

At my house, the queen (me) doesn't cook, so anytime I get brave I have to find a recipe. Thank goodness I found this one. EASY! I made this for a gathering and after tasting it wanted to keep it all. Believe it or not, I actually cut the meat with a fork... a plastic fork! No joke-this recipe is mine for the ages!

Delicious recipe. Everytime I make it several people ask for the recipe and are amazed at how easy it is. I also use the Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Style which I like best.

Loved this. I come back to it every time I make ribs. Trying it with beef spareribs for the first time. I hope it turns out as amazing as the others did.
