VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. yellow squash, sliced
1 med. zucchini squash, sliced
1 sm. white onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme

Place all sliced vegetables in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients. Toss lightly and cover. Microwave on full power 8-10 minutes. For conventional oven, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
