"DIFFERENT" FISH FRY 
5 to 6 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 pt. sour cream
Vegetable oil
1/2 lb. fish fillets
3 eggs
Cracker crumbs

Beat eggs into sour cream. Add seasoning and mix until smooth. Dip fillets into mixture and then in cracker crumbs. Fry in 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil at 375 degrees. Turn fillets once and cook until golden brown.
