TURKEY TETRAZZINI
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz Home Style Turkey Gravy
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained

1/2 c. half and half or milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
Dash nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

1/4 pound uncooked spaghetti will yield about 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Combine gravy and next 7 ingredients. Add spaghetti and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Bake in 375°F oven 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe is quick and easy to assemble. I've made this in the past. I had a difficult time finding this exact recipe. Due to the fact that my family absolutely enjoyed devouring it, any other replicas of the same were not as appreciated or nearly delicious. I haven't made it in about nine years due to misplacing this exact one.

Thanks to Cooks.com I have found this and will make it this evening.

We are all very much looking forward to enjoying it as we have in the years before.

In my opinion there is no comparing this recipe to any other Tetrazzini. The ease of assembling, combining and cooking this dish is worthwhile.

Off I go to bake this dish for a family to be pleased at the end of this meal.

Again, thank you Cooks.com for sharing this long lost recipe with your readers.
