TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz Home Style Turkey Gravy 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey 1/2 c. half and half or milk 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional) Dash nutmeg 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Paprika 1/4 pound uncooked spaghetti will yield about 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Combine gravy and next 7 ingredients. Add spaghetti and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in 375°F oven 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings (about 4 cups). |

In my opinion there is no comparing this recipe to any other Tetrazzini. The ease of assembling, combining and cooking this dish is worthwhile.
Off I go to bake this dish for a family to be pleased at the end of this meal.
