TURKEY OR CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 1/2 c. broken raw spaghetti
3 lg. chicken breasts (or turkey meat)
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can (soup) full of milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (for top)

Put spaghetti (cooked) in bottom of pan. Add all ingredients in saucepan. Pour over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
