HEAVENLY BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Beat sugar and eggs together in mixer on high for 5 minutes. Blend cocoa and flour and mix into egg and sugar mixture. Stir in the melted butter by hand. Stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt. Pour batter into sprayed (with Pam), 8 x 10 inch pan. Bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. May be doubled.
