GROUND BEEF BARBECUE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced (opt.)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (opt.) or clove of garlic
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pickling spice (tied in bag)
1 can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion, pepper, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Serve on rolls or hamburger buns with slice of cheese. Yields: 4 to 6 servings.
