HAMBURGER LOG 
5 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. garlic salt
5 rounded tsp. Quick Tender Salt
2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator in plastic bowl. Remove and mix every day for 4 days. On the fourth day, shape into rolls and bake 8 hours in a 150 degree oven, turning one time after 4 hours. Rolls will be ready to eat or take on trips. It is similar to salami and will keep forever.
