HAMBURGER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 round tsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix well and refrigerate for 4 days. Take out once a day and knead. On day 5 form into rolls (4 or 5), put in broiler pan and bake 8 hours at 150 degrees. Last hour turn roll over using towel, wipe off excess grease, let cool, then refrigerate.
