HAMBURGER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 tsp. Morton's tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Hickory smoke salt
1 tsp. red pepper

First day: Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Second and Third days: mix well and refrigerate. Fourth day: mix, then form into 5 rolls. Place on b broiler pan. Bake on bottom rack for 8 hours at 140 degrees. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate can be frozen.
