HAMBURGER PIE 
1 can Pillsbury Quick Crescent Rolls
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 reg. can tomato sauce or two sm. ones
1 can French style green beans, drained
3 c. shredded cheese
I use Velveeta and Mozzarella combined
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper, drain. Add tomato sauce, green beans, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Let simmer, while mixture is simmering, roll out crescent rolls into triangles. Place in ungreased loaf pan. Place on bottom and sides to form shell. Mix 1 egg, 1 cup cheese, put this over crescent rolls. Add meat mixture over rolls and cover with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes.
