TACO PIE OLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. can sliced olives

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir beef until brown; drain and stir in taco seasoning mix, onion and green pepper. Spread in pie pan. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, cheese and olives and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with Ranch dressing, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and olives if desired. Serves 4.
