FILLED CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 can pie filling
1/2 c. milk

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla and milk. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add alternately to creamed mixture. Spread 2/3 of batter into greased, not floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread your favorite pie filling over batter. Add rest of batter. Spread crumb mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
