| EASY CRUMB CAKE | |

1 box yellow cake mix CRUMB MIXTURE: 2 c. flour 2 sticks butter 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. vanilla Pinch of salt Prepare cake mix as directed on back of box, but only bake for 20 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan. While cake is baking, prepare crumb with all remaining ingredients. After cake has baked 20 minutes, take out and drop spoonfuls of crumb mixture on top of cake until top is covered. Put back in oven for additional 20 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve. | |

This cake was moist and delicious. The crunchy topping complimented the cake perfectly. I love using a box mix to create delicious deserts. I did cut down the final bake time by 5 minutes. Serve with coffee, tea, or a glass of milk and you have a winner.
