EASY CRUMB CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs

TOPPING:

2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Sift first four ingredients into a bowl. Add next four ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour batter into the pan. Combine the remaining flour, sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Add the melted butter and mix until crumbs form. Crumble over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
