ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
1 c. English peas, drained
1 c. mushroom soup
1 sm. can pimientos
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed soda crackers

Pour drained English peas into greased casserole, cover with chopped eggs and pimientos. Dilute mushroom soup with milk and pour over mixture. Dot with butter and top with crackers. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
