FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 lb. ground spinach
1 sm. head lettuce
3 green onions, chopped
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped celery or cauliflower
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled

Tear spinach and lettuce in bite size pieces. Layer all in order except bacon.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Seal with dressing. Let set several hours. Add crumbled bacon, toss and serve.
