FRESH MUSTARD OR SPINACH WITH
FISH
 
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. fillet or white fish or trout
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. fermented black soy beans
1 c. fresh mustard leaves OR
1 bunch spinach, washed
1/2 c. water

Heat oil and saute the fish; then add the onion, fermented soy beans, and mustard leaves. Add water; cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are crisp and tender. Serve hot with rice.
