FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach
2 hard cooked eggs
2 lg. Red - Delicious apples
1/4 c. Blue cheese
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 med. size red onion

Wash spinach well, drain well. Slice hard-cooked eggs; core apples and cut into small pieces. Crumble blue cheese. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Toss spinach, eggs, apples, blue cheese and bacon in large salad bowl. Add sour cream and mix well. Slice onion into rings and place on top. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serves 6.
