CORN FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 c. milk
2 c. kernel corn, drained
3 tbsp. oil

Mix all together. If too thick, use a little of corn water to thin. Drop tablespoon for small, or 1/4 cup for large fritters on a hot oil grill or skillet. Serves 5.
