CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour and sugar together. Mix next four ingredients together and bring to a boil. Add this to the flour and sugar mixture. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased oblong pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tsp. buttermilk
3 tsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, buttermilk, cocoa and vanilla. Bring to boil and add powdered sugar. Spread on cake while warm.
