1 stick of butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil, butter, cocoa, and milk. Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread on top of cake.
