3 c. cooked diced turkey 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can green chili salsa 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1 1/2 c. chopped onions or 1 c. pitted ripe olive slices 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. sour cream 12 tostado shells, fried crisp 3 c. lettuce 1 lg. avocado, peeled, sliced and marinated in lemon juice Sprinkle diced turkey with salt. Heat butter in large skillet and add onion. Cook until tender. Add turkey, green chili salsa, and seasonings. Cover pan and simmer gently until turkey is heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn heat to very low and fold in, spread with turkey mixture, shredded lettuce, avocado slices, chopped onion and sliced olives. |
