9 (7 inch) flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Guacamole
Salsa
Diced tomatoes
1 can refried bean dip
1/2 lb. ground beef
Sour cream
Sliced ripe olives
Diced green onions
Sliced jalapeno peppers

This will make 3 pizzas. Brown ground beef and mix with taco seasoning mix per directions on package.

First layer: spread a thin layer of bean dip on 3 tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Second layer: place another tortilla on top and pat down. Sprinkle with cheese, then 1/3 of beef mixture on each pizza, then sprinkle with cheese which acts as glue for tortillas. Third layer: place last tortillas on each pizza. Pat down and sprinkle with cheese. Place a combination of your favorite toppings and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut in quarters and serve.
