CINNAMON JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
3 c. boiling water
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello and cinnamon candies in boiling water. Stir in applesauce, lemon juice, and salt. Chill until partially set. Add pecans. Put in 8 x 8 x 2 pan.

DRESSING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Spoon on top and swirl through Jello mix. Serves 9.
