COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Garlic
1 or 2 carrots, grated
Black pepper, salt, paprika
Lemon juice from 1 1/2 lemons
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut garlic and rub on bowl. Add salt, grated carrots, green pepper and cabbage. Add black pepper, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil and mayonnaise. Mix well, garnish with parsley. Add amount of seasoning to taste.
