1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 egg
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine soup mix, beaten egg, crumbs, and milk. Mix in beef. Shape into round ring and turn into 9 x 12 inch greased baking dish. Brush with mixture of ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Makes about 6 servings.
