1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can Italian flavored tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Roll out on waxed paper into rectangle shape. Sprinkle on cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Press ends to seal.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour reserves sauce over meatloaf and bake 20 minutes longer.
