COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add milk, nutmeg, coconut and salt. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
