COCOA KISS COOKIES | |
1 c. butter, soft 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 2/3 c. flour (all purpose) 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1 c. finely chopped pecans 54 Hershey kisses (9 oz.), unwrapped Confectioners' sugar Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Combine flour and cocoa. Blend into creamed mixture. Add nuts. Beat on low speed until blended. Chill dough 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each kiss covering kiss completely. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Remove and put on wire rack. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar. |
