FROSTED CHOCOLATE BARS 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 can Hershey syrup

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spread onto jelly roll pan, 11"x16". Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter
Nuts (opt.)

Mix sugar, milk, and butter in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Spread on bars immediately. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
