SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. summer squash, cubed 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. sour cream 6 tbsp. croutons Cook squash, onions and pepper in small amount of water until tender. Drain well. Combine with cheese, sour cream and 4 tablespoons of the croutons. Place in buttered dish. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons of croutons. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
