WHOLE WHEAT BATTER BREAD 
4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
4 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
2 tbsp. softened butter
2 c. warm water (120-130 degrees)

Mix 1 1/2 cups white flour, honey, salt and yeast in large bowl; add butter and water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and 1/2 cup white flour. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in whole wheat flour to make soft dough. Cover, let rise until double. Stir down and turn into 2 well greased 1 1/2 quart casseroles. Cover, let rise until double. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until done. This is quick, easy to prepare and tasty.
