TURKEY PASTA 
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed cooked turkey
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
Lettuce leaves

In small bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. In medium bowl mix turkey, macaroni, oranges, pineapple, celery and grapes. Add dressing and stir until evenly coated. Chill at least 1 hour before serving, but no more than 24 hours. Spoon salad into lettuce leaves.
