TWICE - BAKED POTATOES 
6 med.-size baking potatoes
1/2 c. warm cream or milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Scrub potatoes well. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) until done, 45 to 60 minutes. Cut baked potato in half and scoop out potato and mash. Add milk, butter and seasonings. Refill potato shells, sprinkle each with grated cheese. Heat thoroughly in moderate oven (350 degrees) or wrap and freeze.

To serve frozen potatoes, remove from wrapping. Place in baking pan; heat in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes.
