Pie crust & top
1 beaten egg
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen spinach
Italian sausage, taken out of casing
Hard boiled eggs (opt.)
Black olives (opt.)
Parmesan cheese
Onion

Cook sausage with onion. Cook spinach; drain good. In a bowl mix spinach with sausage, onion, cooked eggs, olives and egg. Season with Nature's seasoning mixture, a lot of Parmesan cheese and put on top over it, spreading a little milk for color baking and bake. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
