PRAIRIE FIRE DIP 
1 can chili, no beans
1 c. salsa
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 lb. or 1/2 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Nachos

Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread chili on the bottom of dish. Then spread the salsa. Sprinkle the taco seasoning and add the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When you see the cheese melting stir the mixture. Serve with nacho chips.
