CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boned
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. green beans or broccoli, partly cooked
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. dry sherry
1 (7 oz.) pkg. prepared stuffing mix, browned in butter

Stir together soup and wine. Put a layer of mixture on bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Layer vegetables over liquid. Place chicken on vegetables and top with cheese. Cover chicken with remaining liquid. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove foil, sprinkle stuffing and return to oven 10 to 15 minutes more.
