CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 boned chicken breasts
1/4 c. minced onions
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms croutons
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer on Swiss cheese. Dilute soup with milk. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle with dry croutons. Pour melted butter over croutons. Bake 1 hour.
